Founded in 2019 in Sant Just Desvern, we bring the essence of Spanish and Mediterranean origin cuisine: local produce, recipes passed down through generations, and the pride of brewing our own craft beer.

Our microbrewery, the heart of the house, produces unique varieties that pair perfectly with every dish on our menu. Each beer is the result of months of research, respect for the ingredients, and love for the craft.

At Casa Sant Just we're committed to specialty coffee, carefully selected and prepared to offer a balanced, aromatic cup full of nuance. Beyond our bar offering, we also sell 100% Colombian origin coffee by the pound, including special varieties like Pink Bourbon, known for its aromatic profile, complex notes and exceptional quality.
